Amazing Face Spa will curate a spa treatment to meet your goals. During your visit our goal is to provide you a stress-free, no judgement experience. We ask that you comply with completing all necessary forms so that we may safely treat your skin.

During our consultation we will discuss your skin goals and create a treatment plan that best fits your needs. This is your time to ask questions and be open to recommendations.

After your treatment we will discuss an on-going solution plan including products for a homecare routine between visits. Facials are never one and done when treating a condition or for age/acne management.

Cancellation Policy

Amazing Face Spa requires a credit card to hold your appointment with 50% deposit. We ask that should you need to cancel an appointment please provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid 25% of the service cancellation fee. All no-show appointments will result in total service cost.

If you are expecting to be late for an appointment, please notify Amazing Face Spa as soon as possible. We will try our best to accomodate your serive however full length treatments cannot be guaranteed. We allow 15 minutes grace period, any time beyond that is subject to our cancellation policy.

Refunds

Amazing Face Spa does not refund payments for services provided. For any unsatisfactory concerns we are happy to discuss resolutions such as a re-do lash lift or a calming facial in the event of a reaction within 1 week of original service date. Any alternatives are at the discretion of Amazing Face Spa and fees may apply. Products can be returned or exchanged if unopened within 7 days of purchase.

Safety

As of 2022, it is your choice to arrive in a mask; your therapist will be masked during treatment.

Amazing Face Spa therapists are vaccinated against Covid-19.

We will update policies as needed.
